Sapona - TCG Mitos y Leyendas - Kilimanjaro

Hi everyone, this is the second spoiled card for the new expansion Kilimanjaro of chilean TCG Mitos y Leyendas.
I really liked illustrating this card, the idea of a god of smallpox is quite interesting. I wanted to give it a threatening and demonic look, for this I incorporated a plate in the mouth in the beginning, however in African culture the plate is a symbol of beauty, therefore, it could not be part of the look. I gave it a joker's smile style for a touch of madness and eccentricity. Finally the color palette accompanied the idea of a crazy virulent being.
